Felix Jones Passes Conditioning Test

Felix Jones, as well as, Brodney Pool and Andre Holmes all passed the Dallas Cowboys mandatory conditioning drills on Wednesday.

Convenient excuses were made for all.  Jones was “dehydrated”.  Pool and Holmes “had done some distance running in the off season”.  Holmes, it was said, was also suffering from “back stiffness”.

All three players are expected to be able to go at full speed on Friday, following the mandatory 3 days waiting period after failing their first conditioning test.

Cowboys former LT visits Broncos

Dallas Cowboys former pro-bowl Left Tackle Flozel Adams meet with brass from the Denver Broncos. The Broncos who may be without the services of dominating Tackle Ryan Clady as he recovers from off-season knee surgery.

Adamas was released by the Cowboys last month and has been in contact with several teams.

I’m reminded of Orlando Pace last season. A former great Tackle that now is too old and too beaten up over the years. Adams performed well last season, with the exception of some dirty play against the Giants, especially Justin Tuck.

Dallas Cowboy receiver wants out.

Dallas Cowboys 4th string wide out Patrick Crayton is demanding to be released.  Crayton who will be the fourth string behind Miles Austin, Roy Williams and the rookie Dez Bryant.  Crayton is set to make just about 2 million dollars this season with the Cowboys, and team owner Jerry Jones has said that at this point Craytons release does not appear to be happening.

Crayton stated that he thought the Cowboys were “Playing with peoples careers”.  Crayton does not expect to be on the Cowboys roster after training camp, calling himself the “insurance guy”.
