Braylon Edwards becomes a Seahawk

The Seattle Seahawks have added veteran wide receiver Braylon Edwards to their roster.  Edwards who started his career with the Cleveland Browns, moved to the Jets when he refused to resign in Cleveland.  He had 2 decent seasons in New York prior to being released and then signing with the San Francisco 49ers.

Edwards was a disappointment with the 49ers, expected to stretch the field and take pressure away from Frank Gore, Braylon put up only 15 catches for 181 yards last season

Seattle has also added veteran receiver Antonio Bryant who last played in the NFL with Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2010.
